Al Jazeera English - Middle East - Students in Yemen fight stereotypes
Yemen is renowned for its religious schools, which attract hundreds of international students every year. Those schools are now under increasing scrutiny, with the United States, among the nations, concerned about a possible growing al-Qaeda presence there. But there is another side to education in Yemen, as Al Jazeera’s Hashem Ahelbarra reports from the Hadramaut Valley.

May Allah make this situation ease for all the teachers and students in this amazing institution!!
Salaam,
I have an urgent qeury regarding an entry in to Dar- Ul - Mustafa. With the grace of Allah Allmaighty I am a hafiz of the Quran- Al- Qarim and also been for the Hajj pilgrimage in 2009. I am currently teaching the learning recitation of the Holy Quran in Bradford, UK. I have been studying arabic language, part time for around three years to help me in studying Islam . I am single, and want to go in depth now in Islamic studies.
I lack the The entry requirement for Dar- Ul- Mustafa which involves fluent reading and speaking of arabic. Therefore I would need to take a one year pre-course of the language to meet the requirement. Can you please assist me as much as you can such on where to apply, course start dates, e.t.c. InshaAllah with the help of Allah, from May 2012 onwards I am setting out to travel to study and want to arrange things beforehand. I cannot seem to contact Dar-Ul-Mustafa and finding it hard to get any details to reach them.
Thankyou, Mehtab Hussain Ashraf
