Summary:
SeekersGuidance is looking for a keen and organized person to join its busy bookings (seminars) department. The seminars department is a busy and lively department, suitable for someone with drive, energy, and a professional approach to work. The bookings assistant will help ensure smooth speaking engagements for our scholars.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing accurate itineraries
• Managing records such as spreadsheets and the calendar
• Helping with promotional activities
• Assisting at the actual live events where possible
Qualifications:
• The bookings assistant must be highly organised and be able to work on their own initiative.
• Knowledge of calendar management and Google docs / Microsoft office and advantage.
Approx hours per week: 6, plus required meeting time.
