Opportunity – Outreach Manager
Summary:
- Responsible for promoting the services and programs of SeekersGuidance in line with the SG plan and strategy
- Reports to the General Administrator
- Needs to coordinate with human resources and academy to engage entire student body, volunteers, staff, managers, and teachers as part of outreach
Management Responsibilities:
- Senior graphic design coordinator and graphic design team
- Copywriter coordinator and copy team
Email Campaign coordinator and email campaign team
- Local campaigns coordinator
- Social media and web coordinator
Other Responsibilities:
- Works with graphic designers to develop a SeekersGuidance visual aesthetic
- Works with copywriter coordinator to develop a SeekersGuidance writing style guide
- Organize and manage semester promotions, webinar promotions, manning tables at conferences or finding someone who can, general distribution network, listserve management
- Works with seminar volunteers to develop marketing campaigns
- Needs to manage a promotional materials for tables for seminars and conferences (teacher specific, course specific, and semester specific)
- Work with Social Media Coordinator to maintain and monitor Facebook SeekersGuidance Groups and Events.
Qualifications:
- Experience an asset ideally, with a proven record in effective low-budget promotion.
Results driven, attention to detail, and creative but also methodical and be good at analysis.
Approx 15-20 hours per week.
