Summary:

Designs, produces, and maintains both/either the SeekersGuidance main site and the SeekersGuidance Academy site.

Responsibilities:

•    Ensure page designs adhere to user interface best-practices.
•     Create layout prototypes to ensure proposed page design fulfills requirements from various functional group(s).
•     Build websites using technologies confirming to standards.
•     Perform ongoing maintenance on sites as per defined procedures.
•     Contribute to authoring and maintaining procedures governing site modification.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelors degree, or college diploma, with one to two years experience in web design.
•    Thorough understanding of key web technology such as DOM, HTML, XHTML, and CSS.
•     Practical knowledge of digital imaging, and web editing software.
•     Excellent communication skills.
•     Experience working with various non-technical functional groups.
•     Experience with CMS systems such as Joomla, or Wordpress Mu would be preferred.

Initial commitment of 10 hours per week for an initial 2 month period.  Thereafter, a commitment of 5 hours per week for a period of 6 months, or longer.
