In this interview, Shaykh Yahya Rhodus shares with us and reflects on his journey of seeking knowledge. He starts by telling us his story of accepting of Islam and how that eventually led him onto a path of seeking sacred knowledge. He narrates inspirational stories of special people he met on his journey. Shaykh Yahya then talks about some of the challenges of returning to the west after his studies. He stresses on the importance of establishing institutions of sacred Islamic knowledge in the west and tells us some of the challenges regarding that. Finally, Shaykh Yahya gives some key advice to students of sacred knowledge specifically and to the Muslim community more broadly.
