Sharing member ID and password

SeekersGuidance assumes that all activities conducted using the student Member ID and password are by the student that registered for the course. Others are not allowed to access a student account irrespective of whether they too are SeekersGuidance students.

Copying courses for other than personal use

Students are not permitted to make copies of the MP3 files that they purchase from SeekersGuidance for other than their personal use. They are neither permitted to upload the MP3 files/course materials to other websites and programs nor distribute them to friends/family. There is no harm in friends/family listening to audio samples, live sessions or reviewing a few answers provided at SeekersForum but they cannot participate as a student on behalf of the applicant who has registered for the course.

Transferring to a different course after semester commences

Students may transfer to another course within seven days of the semester start date at no charge provided that:

  1. They have not downloaded any lesson audio from the course that they originally registered for, and
  2. The new course is the same price as the original course for which they registered.

Students can do this by submitting an email ticket to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . They will receive a response within 24 hours (weekdays) confirming details on the new course for which they have registered.

Withdrawing from a course

Students may withdraw from a course for a full refund within one week of the semester start date provided that they have not downloaded any of the lesson audio or additional material.

Students can do this by submitting an email ticket to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  The student should specify whether they wish to receive a full refund, or would prefer to postpone their enrollment to the following semester.  They will receive a response within 24 hours (weekdays) with refund information or confirmation of enrollment for the same class in the subsequent semester.

Inability to complete a course

If a student is unable to complete a course due to extenuating circumstances, the student should submit an email ticket to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   with an explanation to support their request.

Repeating a course

Students may choose to repeat a course in order to have continued access to SeekersForum and Live Question & Answer Sessions pertaining to that course at a 50% discount.

To submit a course repeat request at the discounted rate, please submit an email ticket to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will receive a discount code that can be used during the registration process.

Last day for course access

Students will not have access to their course materials, including lesson recordings, SeekersForums, review questions, and additional readings, after the semester end date. All lesson material must therefore be downloaded before the semester end date.
