Vacancy: Academy Operations Manager

We are presently seeking a dynamic Academy Operations Manager to provide leadership in all areas related to our core academic offerings. This includes all operational, developmental, administrative, and support responsibilities and functions.

Key Job Parameters:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • Location: Remote


  • Translate the SeekersGuidance Academic Plan into clear projects and processes, to ensure complete and on-schedule delivery
  • Ensure a high level of quality control on all operations, projects, and processes
  • Ensure that Course Development is executed to agreed-upon standards and processes
  • Coordinate with the Course Development Coordinator to ensure that all scholars are on track in their course deliverables, that deliverables are quality checked and controlled, and that delays are communicated and escalated
  • Coordinate with the Course Development Manager and the Academic Committee to establish a plan, timeline, and projects to improve the standards of Course Development at SeekersGuidance
  • Ensure that Course Management takes place to agreed-upon expectations, in active oversight with the Course Management Coordinator
  • Build out a full student communication system
  • Build out full on-catalog student support for anyone looking for guidance on what to study
  • Ensure that Course Promotion takes place to a clear strategy and plans

Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • Proven working experience in higher education teaching and learning, preferably online learning
  • Strong project management and operational experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • A passion for developing the mediation and facilitation of learning online
  • Curriculum planning and timetabling skills
  • Must be able to speak and communicate well in English, additional knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral skills to properly communicate to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and initiative to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
