SeekersGuidance is looking for an Arabic Outreach Coordinator with strong marketing, social media, and communication skills and experience.

Key Job Parameters:

  • Status: Full time (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Remote
  • Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience


  • Lead Outreach efforts for SeekersGuidance Arabiyya
  • Support the Outreach Manager in executing social media campaigns
  • Work within the Outreach team ensuring that the appropriate systems, competencies, and values are executed in order to meet and exceed the strategic goals of Outreach
  • Communicate the SeekersGuidance Arabiyya story in an engaging and compelling manner
  • Support the creation of regular, effective messaging which increases engagement with students, visitors, and donors
  • Enhance the current digital communication channels (email, social media, website) to support the growth of reach and audience
  • Enhance the digital presence and engagement on social media
  • Communicate in Arabic to highlight content (courses, articles, podcasts, answers) to Arabic speaking audiences
  • Work closely with Development, Programs, and other departments

Key Arabic Outreach Coordinator Tasks: 

  • Develop and execute the Annual Outreach Plan with the Outreach Manager
  • Develop Outreach Plans and Execution Strategies for all SeekersGuidance Arabiyya offerings
  • Graphic design coordination
  • Website Quality Control
  • Social media content curation and scheduling
  • Newsletter content curation and scheduling
  • MailChimp automation
  • Ad Campaign support

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency and experience within online marketing (do not apply without this)
    • Highly developed marketing and digital media skills
    • Strong experience with all major social media platforms
    • Professional experience of 2-4 years
  • Tech savvy, with a reliable computer and Wifi connectivity 
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in Arabic and English

  • Ability to work within a global remote team across multiple timezones
