Job Opening: Media Operations Coordinator

Overview:

We are presently seeking an organized and creative Media Operations Coordinator experienced in project coordination and digital media content, to support the Media team in managing their daily deliverables and projects. 

Key Job Parameters:

  • Status: Full-time (40  hours a week, flexibility with working hours is required.)
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily reports of the media deliverables to the Media Manager 
  • Review the produced video and media content alongside the Media Manager. 
  • Assist the media manager in identifying any issues with the content. 
  • Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects and create project briefs to facilitate work for the department. 
  • Keep track of all key deadlines and help to create a priority list.
  • Record and edit videos.  

Candidate Profile and Skills: 

  • Strong Project Management and Operational Experience

  • Must be able to speak Arabic and English. 
  • Excellent written and oral skills to properly communicate creative concepts and ideas.
  • Experience with media and content creation, understands the basics of video editing and graphic design.
  • Must be able to work within multiple TimeZones
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills
  • Experience with departmental reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Keen interest in media and content creation


The candidate must also have a sound understanding of our core audience, the global Muslim community, and must demonstrate an understanding of core traditional Islamic values. This is to ensure they are able to communicate with audiences effectively.
