Job Opening: Outreach Coordinator

Overview:

We are presently seeking a dynamic Outreach Coordinator who is experienced in maintaining and coordinating the day-to-day operations in the outreach department, liaising between different team members.

Key Job Parameters:

  • Status: Full-time (40  hours a week, flexibility with working hours is required).
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the outreach manager to develop and implement clear work procedures
  • Support the outreach manager in executing and monitoring outreach strategies, organizing and overseeing outreach operations, meetings, assigning tasks to team members, following-ups on tasks receipt and delivery, day-to-day operations, and other administrative duties.
  • Act as a focal point for the outreach department in daily internal communications with other departments, namely: Academy, Arabiya, Canada, Development, and Programs.
  • Daily follow-up with the outreach manager to control the smooth running of tasks flow.
  • Support the outreach team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of assets and communication deliverables with different departments like social media copies, newsletter content, WhatsApp and telegram messages, news, achievements, success stories, and other organizational content like brochures, annual report, etc.
  • Coordinate projects and marketing campaigns with relevant internal and external parties.
  • Support other departments in their outreach efforts.
  • Write communication and marketing materials such as news-releases, social media copies, brochure texts, and other promotional materials. (English and Arabic).
  • Contribute to translation when needed (English-Arabic/ Arabic-English)
  • Coordinate with the Tech department to contribute to the website updates.
  • Ensure quality control on the website in terms of overall messaging and branding (English and Arabia).
  • Monitor and report regularly on website analytics and take corrective action when needed.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and team colleagues to track dashboards analytics and KPIs performance, namely: course registrations, email lists and newsletters subscriptions, website users and visitors, social media followers and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the outreach team members for submission of weekly reports.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.

Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields. Master’s Degree in Communications or Business Administration is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience working in the marketing and communication sector.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills in Arabic & English (Bilingual fluency is a must).
  • Knowledge of MS office suite, and G Suite.
  • Knowledge of effective marketing strategies, and online reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design programs, WordPress, and website back-end tools.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.

  • Detail-oriented and effective time-management.
