Job Opening: Paid Media Specialist

Overview:

We are presently seeking a dynamic Paid Media Specialist who is experienced in digital advertising campaigns. 

The position requires strategization,  budget allocation, inter-departmental communication, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.

Key Job Parameters:

  • Status: Part-time (20  hours a week).
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, execute, and monitor paid ads
  • Plan and regularly monitor budgets across multiple platforms and reallocate budgets during the campaign period based on performance.
  • Develop and continuously optimize ad creative, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Set and track KPIs.
  • Liaise with the digital media specialist for campaigns optimization. 
  • Liaise with the media and creative team for material submission. 
  • Prepare weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to deliver to the outreach manager.. 
  • Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to suggesting innovative and creative ideas that serve the strategic objectives of the organization

Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Facebook and Google
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital advertising tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated Google Ad experience and Google Analytics Certification
  • Strong English writing and interpersonal communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels.
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Ability to synthesize data and analytics from a wide variety of sources into concise, actionable insights and recommendations.
