Content Manager
We are looking for a strategic writer to become the voice of SeekersGuidance across all major content touchpoints. In this pivotal post, you will serve as the first Content Manager who can take classical knowledge and the modern digital landscape and blend them into a coherent, engaging narrative.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between our global knowledge and the attention of a global audience. You will oversee content creation across campaigns, courses, articles, media releases, and educational materials—ensuring everything we publish is refined, informative, spiritually enriching, optimized, and true to our brand excellence.
What You’ll Do:
1. Own the Narrative (Strategy)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives audience growth and active engagement
- Build and maintain the brand’s editorial calendar, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
- Ensure content is coherent, accurate, and aligned with our mission of spreading authentic knowledge
2. Lead the Creative Engine
- Manage a diverse team of writers, editors, and contributors. You will set expectations and uphold editorial excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure the visuals and copy work together seamlessly
- Act as “final editor” for content that goes live. If you did not write it, you’re the last stop before it reaches the world
3. Drive Growth (SEO & Data)
- Implement rigorous SEO best practices to ensure content ranks high and attracts organic readership
- Measure performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Insights) and drive data-informed decisions about what works
- Ensure full compliance with copyright and data protection laws
4. Engage the Community
- Foster a two-way conversation. You will oversee how we respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across platforms
- Respond weekly to executive leadership on key metrics, wins, and areas for improvement

- Consistency: 100% adherence to the editorial calendar for scheduled releases
- Organic Growth: Consistent quarter-over-quarter increases in organic traffic and SEO improvements
- Engagement: Measurable increases in social sharing, comments, and active-user discussions
- Quality Control: Zero critical errors in published content (fact-checking, sourcing)
Who You Are:
- A Master Storyteller: You have 3+ years of experience as a content writer or content editor. Your work is clean, compelling, and accurate
- Data-Informed: You love words, but you also love charts. Analytics drive your decisions
- A Strong Leader: You delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and uphold editorial standards
- Culturally Aware: Excellent English writing skills are a must; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to better engage our global users
- Organized: You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple campaigns without losing track of timelines
