Fundraising Manager

SeekersGuidance is looking for experienced fundraisers to actively raise funds for our global mission. This role is for individuals who know how to open doors, build trust, and close donations.

You will focus entirely on fundraising through relationships, conversations, and direct engagement with donors. This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission structure tied directly to your results.

What You’ll Do:

1. Actively Raise Funds

• Identify, approach, and secure donations from individuals, families, and philanthropic contacts.
• Conduct one-on-one fundraising conversations with potential donors to close gifts across recurring, one-time, and major giving tiers.

2. Leverage Your Network

• Activate your personal and professional network to generate new fundraising opportunities.
• Build new donor relationships through referrals, introductions, and community connections, maintaining long-term stewardship with those you bring in.

3. Represent the Mission

• Confidently present SeekersGuidance’s mission, impact, and funding needs in donor meetings and private gatherings.
• Serve as a trusted representative of the organization in all fundraising contexts.

Key Performance Indicators (How You Win):

• Funds Raised: Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Donor Acquisition: Successfully bringing new donors into the organization.
• Gift Size & Retention: Increasing average donation sizes and ensuring long-term donor commitment.

Who You Are:

• Proven Professional: You have experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship-based revenue roles.
• Well-Networked: You have access to individuals or institutions capable of donating to a global Islamic cause.
• Results-Oriented: You are motivated by targets, commissions, and measurable outcomes.
• Mission-Aligned: You believe in the importance of Islamic education. (Arabic is a plus, but not required).

Compensation & Role Details:

• Structure: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission (percentage of funds raised).
• Location: Remote.
• Type: Full-Time or Contract-Based.
