Istanbul Operations Manager

We are presently seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to manage the SeekersGuidance Istanbul Centre. The Centre hosts a variety of weekly Islamic classes and monthly programs for the local community, in addition to special events that are held throughout the year

• Full time: 40 hours a week
• Location: SeekersGuidance Istanbul Centre, Istanbul, Turkey

• Manage all operational processes of SeekersGuidance Istanbul Centre
• Oversee and supervise a team of administrative staff, teachers, and support personnel
• Assist in the planning and organizing of weekly classes, monthly programs, conferences, and yearly retreats with successful execution
• Coordinate with other SeekersGuidance Global departments, including Academy, Outreach, Tech and Development, for outreach and operations related to the Centre
• Coordinate and supervise the recording of lessons by teachers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of recorded material
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning of all operations at SeekersGuidance Istanbul
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives for continuous Improvement in the center’s operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and student satisfaction
• Hiring and training employees

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• A minimum of 3-4 years work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Experience in educational or religious community organizations is highly preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Highly-organized with the capacity to lead with effective decision-making
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
