Social Media Marketing Coordinator
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role within SeekersGuidance, focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote the organization’s academic offerings, programs, services, and other initiatives. The position will collaborate closely with the Outreach Team and other departments to create and execute high-impact communication plans, social media campaigns, and online marketing initiatives. This role is also responsible for coordinating with external ad partners and stakeholders to maximize opportunities for engagement and outreach.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote SeekersGuidance’s academic offerings, other services, and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Outreach Team to prepare and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Design, develop, and implement online marketing campaigns aimed at engaging prospective students, stakeholders, and the wider community.
- Coordinate and manage email campaigns, including newsletter dissemination, and measure their effectiveness.
- Create and maintain a communications calendar for systematically reaching out to the community and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Develop and execute communications plans for events, seminars, and other activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external Ad partners, educational institutions, and community organizations to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Analyze outreach metrics and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously research new digital marketing opportunities and recommend adjustments to strategies based on current trends and analytics.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, outreach, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Written native fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent writing skills in both languages with a focus on creating effective copy.
- Background in Islamic Studies or education.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
