Is it permissible for me to bring my 5-year-old son to visit my father’s grave?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate

On condition that your son can uphold the basic etiquette of the cemetery and will not wail and scream in grief over the loss of his grandfather – it is permissible for him to accompany you.
