In the twenty-fourth episode of this series, Shaykh Abdullah Misra covers three hadiths from Kitab al-Riqaq, which convey the cure to a hard heart and provide a means to reach Allah Most High.

The first hadith describes a supplication of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) to let him live as a humble and needy person, and let him die and be raised among the humble and needy. He advised us to love the poor and needy people and bring them close to us so that Allah Most High brings us close to Him on the Day of Judgement.

The second hadith informs us that we are given our victory and help through the downtrodden among us. Spending time with the weak and treating them with excellence gains us the good pleasure of our beloved Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace). From the third hadith, we learn that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to seek victory through the poor of the emigrants.
