The Etiquettes of Companionship (Part 4): Precedence of Your Brother’s Needs Over Supererogatory Worship – Shaykh Yahya Rhodus

In this next podcast based on Iman Abdulwahhab ash-Sha’rani’s book Adab as-Suhbah, Shaykh Yahya discusses several more etiquettes, including (1) giving precedence to the needs of your brother/sister over your supererogatory worship; (2) if you fall short in giving your brother/sister his/her rights, apologize and repent; and (3) if someone seeks your forgiveness, accept it. Shaykh Yahya also explains the relationship between taqwa and etiquettes and touches upon what is “success” with respect to a fault that is destined to remain with a person his or her entire life.
