Despite being proven to be a false god and a liar by the miracles and the Magicians, Fir’awn continued to manipulate his people. They followed him so they could continue with their sinful ways. Eventually, after years and many opportunities, Musa and Harun (peace and blessings be upon them) prayed against him. This was because of all the harm and obstruction of the truth he caused. This prayer was answered by Allah.
