Will I Get the Reward of Helping Others If I Played an Indirect Role in the Action?

Question: Will I get the reward of helping others if I played an indirect role in the action?

Answer: In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate

If your intention is to help others and fulfill the needs of others you will be rewarded in full for that intention even if you were not the direct agent of the help.

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “All actions are based on their intentions and for everyone is what they intend…” [Bukhari, Muslim].

The intention that you have made is noble and praiseworthy. You should strive to do that which you feel will bring the most benefit to others. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “All the creation are Allah’s dependents and the most beloved of the dependents to Allah are those most beneficial to His dependents” [al-Bayhaqi, Sh’uab al-Iman].

May Allah bless you with more great intentions and facilitation.

Hope this helps
And Allah knows best
