As salaamu alaikum Shaykh Faraz,
This great article Mash Allah. I was wondering though if Imam Badr al Din al Hasani was a Hanafi or Shafi in Fiqh? This article says he was a Shafi, but it says in the back of the Reliance that he was Hanafi in Fiqh, and having been long aquainted with the Reliance I always considered him amongst the Hanafis.
