Is it khalwa if I video call a female teacher?

No, it‘s not. However, there should not be one-on-one extensive interaction, particularly beyond need, between a young male and a young female. There should be a third party, even in an office setting, and it is inadvisable to have a one-on-one class on an ongoing basis.
