Question
In the mosque, a person gives adhan at fajr time, then leaves and offers prayer at a different mosque. The situation is like this; firstly he stopped coming to the mosque and then, after a few days, started giving adhan and leaving after a small argument with the Imam over the fajr prayer time.
The Imam changed the time for prayer after discussing with everyone present at the Fajr prayer as some elders, and he would arrive late either by a few minutes or just pray at home. Probably due to their old age, and Allah knows best why. So it was changed from 4:15 to 4:20 am. The following day the person mentioned above changed it to 4:30 am without informing the imam.

It is prohibitively disliked (Makruh Tahriman) to leave the masjid unless one has a genuine excuse or need. He probably left due to an excuse or need. This is what we should assume.
Give Others Up to Seventy Excuses
Ja’far ibn Muhammad (Allah have mercy on him) said, “If you hear something from your brother that you reject, make an excuse for him up to seventy excuses. If you cannot do it, then say: Perhaps he has an excuse I do not know.” [Bayhaqi, Shu’ab al-Iman]
The jurists (fuqaha) agree on the fact that it is prohibitively disliked (Makruh Tahriman) to leave the Masjid without an excuse after the call for prayer (adhan) is made. However, if there is a genuine excuse or need, it will not be disliked, rather perfectly permissible, or if one intends to return back. [Ibn ʿAbidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
