What is the Grading of a Report Stating the Fourth Tribulation Will Last for 18 Years?

I wanted to ask if there is a hadith in the book Al-Fitan on page 190. It doesn’t have a number, but it says that a fourth tribulation will last 18 years in Syria before the Euphrates dries up, and I wanted to ask how authentic it is.

This has been reported in Al-Fitan by Nu’aim Ibn Hammad with a weak chain.
It has been reported by Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) that the tribulation will last for 18 years, then matters will be evident while the Euphrates will uncover a mountain of gold, and nations will fall for it, every seven out of nine will be killed.
