What supplication can I make for ease in my difficult situation?

Answer

Our Beloved Prophet (may Allah bless him and give him peace) taught us to turn to Allah Most High in our times of need. One of the great Prophetic supplications for relief from difficulty is the following:

«اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ سَهْلًا إِذَا شِئْتَ»

‘O Allah! There is no ease except what You have made easy. And it is you the makes difficulties easy if You wish.’

[Ibn Hibban]

Supplication for Seeking Guidance

Even though the supplication for seeking goodness is used when one is faced with an important decision, it is also beneficial as a supplication of facilitation.
