Does “The Water of a Man Travels in the Veins and Nerves of a Woman”?

I have found narration that says that a man’s water travels in a woman’s veins and muscles.
This is the original text of the hadith:-
فقد ثبت عن مالك بن الحويرث أنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا أراد الله جل اسمه أن يخلق النسمة فجامع الرجل المرأة طار ماؤه في كل عرق وعصب منها فإذا كان اليوم السابع أحضر الله له كل عرق بينه وبين آدم ثم قرأ في أي صورة ما شاء ركبك
How are we to understand this hadith?

This hadith has been reported by Tabarani. Haythami has stated that its narrators are trustworthy. Suyuti has stated that the chain of narrators are good in Al-Durr al-Manthur.
It has been established from Malik ibn al-Huwayrith (Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: If Allah Most High intends to create a soul, a man has intercourse with his wife and his water will travel in her veins and nerves. On the seventh day, Allah presents it with every vein between him and Adam. Then he recited, “In any splendid fair human form He willed, put you together! “ [Quran 8:82]
Explanation
The explanation of this hadith is supported by a witness report (shahid, which is when a hadith with similar content is narrated with its content conveying the same meaning) reported by Bukhari in his Tarikh, Ibn Jarir, Ibn al-Mundhir, Ibn Shahin, Ibn Qani, Tabarani, Ibn Marduwai.
It is mentioned…” When the sperm-drop settles in the womb, Allah presents every form of lineage between it and Adam; he puts together in a fair human form from those forms, he recites, “In any splendid fair human form He willed, put you together! “ [Quran 8:82] from the lineage between you and Adam.”
