Can I Pray with Mold on My Clothes?

Question
Is mould on clothing impure? Can I pray Salah in them?
Answer
I pray this finds you in the best of states.
Mould affecting one’s clothes won’t invalidate the prayer. The reason for this ruling is that mould is not listed in the type of filths that must be removed to ensure the validity of the prayer. [Shurunbulali, Nur al-Idah]Nonetheless, it is disliked to do so without excuse. [ibid]
Allah, Most High, says: “O Children of Adam! Dress properly whenever you are at worship.” [7.31]
From this verse it is understood that praying with dirty clothes is dislike. [Shurunbulali, Imdad al-Fatah]
