Question

Will the Use of Dummies in Crash Car Tests Be Considered as Statues?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate

I pray you are in good faith and health. Thank you for your question.

These are just model dummies, not statues; their purpose is to be deconstructed and used.

Actions Are by Their Intentions

It is taken from the well-known hadith in which the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Verily actions are by their intentions, and one shall only have that which one intended.” [Bukhari; Muslim]

The scholars stated something implicit in this hadith: “Verily actions are rewarded and judged by their intentions, and one shall only have the reward for that which one intended.”
