What if a Non-Muslim Doesn’t Want Islam Because of the Devil?

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

Question

A Muslim thinks I don’t want Islam because of Satan. What does Islam say about that if I truly don’t get Islam too well?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful and Compassionate

Walaikum assalam,

I hope you’re doing well, insha’Allah.

Islam is about the Truth of God—Allah—as the Creator and Sustainer of all things.

It is about the reality of the truth-claim of the most amazing and perfect human being ever to walk on earth: the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

His truth claim is supported by the beauty, eloquence, and inimitability of the Quran.

To consider Islam, read the Quran; learn about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); visit an Islamic center or Muslim scholar in your community—or arrange a meeting online—and ask your questions.

You will find nothing more beautiful in life than this beautiful religion, its teachings, its Book, its Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the guidance he has come with.

And Allah is the giver of success and facilitation.

Wassalam,
