What is the Grading of this Hadith Mentioned in Tabarani?

I read your article about the permissibility of music. But I have doubts regarding some hadith. It is as follows:
In a lengthy hadith narrated by Abu Umama (Allah be pleased with him), it is mentioned that on the occasion of the expulsion of Satan from heaven and his exile to earth, he (Iblis) supplicated to Allah Most High, ‘O my Rabb! You have exiled me to earth, and you have made me accursed. Now, therefore bestow to me a caller (who can call to my path).’ Allah Most High said: “(Your caller) is musical instruments.” (Tabarani)
Is this hadith authentic?

This hadith is mentioned in Fath al-Bari, and graded by him, Hafiz Iraqi, and Haythami (Allah have mercy on them) as weak (da‘if).
١٠٥٣ – عن أبي أمامة رفعه»إنّ إبليس لما أهبط إلى الأرض قال: ربّ اجعل لي قرآنا، قال: قرآنك الشعر«
قال الحافظ: فيه علي بن يزيد الألهاني وهو ضعيف»
أخرجه الطبراني في «الكبير» (٧٨٣٧) عن يحيى بن أيوب العلاف ثنا سعيد بن أبي مريم ثنا يحيى بن أيوب عن عبيد الله بن زَحْر عن علي بن يزيد عن القاسم عن أبي أمامة رفعه «إنّ ابليس لما أنزل إلى الأرض قال: يا ربّ أنزلتني إلى الأرض وجعلتني رجيما فاجعل لي بيتا، قال: الحمام، قال: فاجعل لي مجلسا، قال: الأسواق ومجامع الطرق، قال: اجعل لي طعاما، قال: ما لا يذكر اسم الله عليه، قال: اجعل لي شرابا، قال: كل مسكر، قال: اجعل لي مؤذنا، قال: المزامير، قال: اجعل لي قرآنا، قال: الشعر، قال: اجعل لي كتابا، قال: الوسم، قال: اجعل لي حديثا، قال: الكذب، قال: اجعل لي مصايد، قال: النساء»
قال العراقي: إسناده ضعيف جدا«تخريج أحاديث الإحياء للحداد ٤/ ١٥٥٧
وقال الهيثمي: وفيه علي بن يزيد الألهاني وهو ضعيف» المجمع ٨/ ١١٩
