I read a hadith that said three caliphs will fight for this treasure of yours and then read an article that said that this is either talking about the treasure that is under the Ka’ba or the Euphrates one, and I realized it couldn’t be the treasure of the Ka’ba because an Ethiopian will be the one to take that and that is a major sign meaning it’s the one under the Euphrates and Hafiz ibn Hajar said if it’s the Euphrates one then it will happen at the time of the Mahdi which scared me because the Euphrates is said to dry by 2040 which is very close so I wanted to ask is there another treasure it could be talking about or is there anything to debunk it being the Euphrates one because it’s scaring me a lot?

Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: “The Hour will not occur until the Euphrates recedes, uncovering a mountain of gold over which people will fight. Ninety-nine out of every hundred will be killed. Every man among them will say: ‘I might be the one who survives.'” Another narration states: “Soon the Euphrates will recede, uncovering a treasure of gold. Whoever is present at this event should not take anything from it.” [Bukhari; Muslim]
Stay Away From The Discovery
Ibn Hajr (Allah have mercy on him) said, our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) informs us that close to the establishment of the Hour, during the time of Mahdi, the River Euphrates will uncover a treasure of gold within it or a mountain of gold, meaning the gold will come out as a mountain, and people will fight over it because it is one of the trials. The hadith states that the mountain under the Euphrates will cause bloodshed where 99 of every hundred die. Then he forbids those who witness that incident from taking it out because no one will be saved.
The Euphrates River has uncovered a previously unknown ancient palace. It also found a previously unknown or lost dynasty. In human history, lakes of gold have been found, as was seen in some countries. [Usmani, Takmila al-Fath al-Mulhim]

Our duty, and people at large, is to avoid it. If it creates fear, then it is good for us. These signs were mentioned so we prepare for our Next life, focus on it, and avoid incidents and events like the above.
