What Is the Ruling on Marrying a Siamese Twin?

Answer

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,

I pray this finds you in the best of states.

I have consulted several of my teachers along with fatwas (legal answers) from major Fiqh academies.

It would appear that impermissibility is the most dominant view.

I encourage you to stick to this view.

The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace be upon him) has said:

 “The halal is clear and the haram is clear, and between them are matters unclear that are unknown to most people. Whoever is wary of these unclear matters has absolved his religion and honor. And whoever indulges in them has indulged in the haram.” [Bukhari]
