1. Can I leave an anti-fungal solution on my nail during wudu or ghusl if removing it reduces its effectiveness?

2. Also, does masturbation or looking at inappropriate content affect the validity of my wudu or ghusl?

1. An antifungal solution is a type of medicine and using it is a real need.

2. It is obligatory to repent from those sins. Nonetheless, committing those sins won’t affect the validity of your wudu and ghusl. [Shurunbulali, Nur al-Idah]

Allah (Most High) says: “Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful.” [ََQuran, 24:31]
