Question

Does wearing a hoodie fulfill the sunna of covering one’s head for prayer?

One of the sunna of dress is that one’s dress be dignified. One wouldn’t prefer wearing a hoodie to a job interview or family function. So, prayer is a much more important occasion, and realizing this will surely encourage one to be in the best of states.
