Is it permissible to rent scooters in public parks using an app without direct interaction with the lessor? Does Islamic law require movable rental property to be delivered personally by the lessor, or is this the opinion of a specific scholar?

Online sales, rentals, and auctions are valid as long as the products being sold, rented, or auctioned are clearly defined.
