Yes, formaldehyde-free keratin treatment is valid for wudu and ghusl.
A barrier blocking water from touching the skin invalidates wudu or ghusl if it’s a distinct, non-porous substance like paint, glue, or wax. However, it isn’t considered a barrier if a substance is absorbed into the skin, leaves no layer, and doesn’t repel water.
