I could not find the above description of Dajjal’s donkey in any authentic primary source.
Description of Dajjal’s Donkey
However, this is a description from an authentic source and authenticated by Sh. Shuʻayb Al-Arna’ut in his research of Musnad Ahmad in his research of Musnad Ahmad. This narration is also mentioned in Mustadrak Hakim and other collections.
Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, The Dajjal will appear in the End Times, a time when religion is taken lightly and decline of knowledge. He will have forty days to travel the earth. One of these will be the length of the year, another that of a month, a day like Friday, and the rest like regular days. He will be riding a donkey with a span of 40 cubits between its two ears. He will say, I am your Lord, and he has only one eye as your Lord; however, He is not one-eyed.
This narration is recorded in Musnad Ahmad, Mustadrak Hakim, and other Hadith collections as part of a longer narration.
