Question
Is it permissible to engage in sexual relations with multiple wives at the same time without them seeing each other’s private parts?

I pray you are in good faith and health. Thank you for your question.
This is impermissible and sinful. It is against the very characteristic of Islam, which is modesty.
All of Islam Revolves Around Modesty
Qurra ibn Iyas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, We were with the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) when modesty was mentioned to him.
They said, “O Messenger of Allah, is modesty part of the religion?” The Prophet said, “Rather, it is the entire religion.”
Then, the Prophet said, “Verily, modesty, abstinence, silence of the tongue but not the heart, and deeds are all part of faith. They bring gain in the Hereafter and loss in the world: what is gained in the Hereafter is much greater than what is missed in the world.” [Bayhaqi, Sunan al-Kubra]
Islam is Characterized by its Modesty
Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Verily, every religion has a character, and the character of Islam is modesty.” [Ibn Maja]
It has been related that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) did not look at the private parts of his wife, even when copulating. Although this is a permissible action, this was the sense of modesty he possessed. What can, therefore, be said about watching others having intercourse, which is meant to be a private act only between the husband and wife?
Engaging in sexual acts with one wife in the presence of another wife is impermissible.
