What is the ruling on drinking Komboucha?

Answer

I pray you are well.

Kombucha is a drink with some traces of alcohol, a byproduct of the fermentation process. This is permissible as it does not intoxicate. Please refer to the answer for more details.
Can We Use Deodorants, Creams, and Perfumes That Contain Alcohol?

The drink is quite tasty and promotes the growth of healthy gut bacteria.

Islam greatly recommends appreciating and enjoying Allah’s delicious blessings and then focusing the pleasure on gratitude to Allah Most High. The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Indeed Allah is pleased when a servant eats or drinks something and then thanks Him for it.” [Muslim]
