Is One Ghusl Enough After Both Pre-Seminal Fluid and Semen?

Question

If I first emit pre-seminal fluid and later emit semen, do I need both wudu and ghusl, or is ghusl alone sufficient?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate.

If one omits preseminal fluid and thereafter semen, one ritual bath (ghusl) is sufficient. [Tahtawi/Shurunbulali, Hashiyat Maraqi al-Falah]

In short, ghusl includes wudu anyway, as all the parts of wudu are covered in the ritual bath. [Ibid.]
