Can a Vow Cause Hurmat al-Musahara?

Question
If someone makes a vow and conditions hurmat al-musahara upon the vow breaking, can hurmat al-musahara really occur because of the broken vow? For example, the consequence of the vow is hurmat al-Musahara.
What if the person who made the vow intended for it to occur between two future spouses, does that mean those two people can’t get married because of the vow that was broken?
What if the vow was non-verbal or the person doesn’t remember if it was verbal, then can hurmat al-Musahara occur?
What if the person doesn’t remember if it was Shaytan’s waswas that made the vow in their mind or if it was actually them?
Can anything I’ve written here in this question cause hurmat al-Musahara?

Hurmat al-Musahara; marriage dissolution due to sexual relation will not take place in any of the above scenarios. You are suffering from misgivings. Don’t worry, remain rest assured. ignore the doubts. Do the following:
Read Ta‘awwudh and This Specific Dua for Misgivings, Regularly
Say the ta‘awwudh, which is:
“أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ”
(I seek refuge in Allah from the rejected devil.)
Make dua abundantly when anxious before prayer. You can also recite Surat al-Nas, a Sura and dua, for protection against misgivings. Also, keep your tongue moist with this dua:
“.اَللّٰھُمَّ اجْعَلْ وَسَاوِسَ قَلْبِیْ خَشْیَتَکَ وَ ذِکْرَکَ وَاجْعَلْ ھِمَّتِیْ وَھَوَایٰ فِیْمَـا تُـحِبُّ وَ تَرْضٰی”
(O Allah! Render the thoughts and inclinations within my heart to be Your fear and remembrance, and let my endeavor and desire be devoted to what You love and are pleased with.) [Daylami, Musnad al-Firdaws]
