Am I sinful for accepting my father’s financial help for tuition if I suspect it may involve riba, even though I didn’t choose how the money was handled?

I pray you are in good faith and health. Thank you for your question. I commend you for ensuring that your education is supported by halal-earned wealth, which expresses your deep faith and mindfulness (taqwa).
You are not sinful in accepting your father’s financial help for tuition. Your father has a mixed means of wealth. You can assume the help and support are from the halal earned portion of his money. [Ibn ‘Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar; ‘Uthmani, Fiqh al-Buyu]
