Can You Recommend Resources on the Life of Khadija and Fatima?
Answered by Ustadha Shazia Ahmad
Question
Can you recommend reliable books about Sayyida Khadija and Sayyida Fatima (Allah be well pleased with them)? I’ve found a couple but I want to ensure they are trustworthy.
Answer
I highly recommend the following:
- 12 – Saintly Women (Part 11) – Fatima az-Zahra: Introduction and Her Virtue – Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan
- The Noble Rank of Lady Fatima Zahra, by Shaykh Ahmed Abdo
- 03 – Saintly Women (Part 3): Lady Khadija – After Revelation Until Her Passing Away – Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan
- 02 – Saintly Women (Part 2): Lady Khadija – Before Revelation – Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan
- 17 – Lives of the Companions (Part 3) – The Life of Khadija al-Kubra – Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan
- What Does the Prophetic Narration “Only Four Women Have Reached Perfection” Mean?
This two-volume set is lucid and an easy read about many companions:
May Allah give you the best of this world and the next.
